To the lost, to the chained, to the drained, set yourselves free, to Love which is this Reality

I don't need outer stimulation
to send a vibration through my bones
rattling me like stones
running through my veins
an energy without reigns
flowing from my soul
filling the hole
that some ignore
calling it a sore
from lack of stuff
but that's just a bluff
for fear
of That
which is so near
so they choose to drowned it out
they yell and shout
going to bed in a drunken pout
awakening to that same aching doubt
that this may be it
throwing themselves into a
belligerent fit
for another night in a row
taking home a broken hoe
who suffers the same pain
but chooses to feign
passionate love
making
it out to be something
but is nothing
more
than a whore,
two weak
both unable speak
when the morning comes
both feeling like bums
exposed and undone
so they shun
the other face
without even a simple embrace
they flee the scene
searching for a beam
of light
to erase the vulgarity
yearning for some kind of clarity
to escape this loveless life
that only increases the strife
the suffering, the pain
of the passionless mundane
unaware they hold the key
to unlock the chain
that traps them down
so without a sound
they resign
justifying it as needed my humankind
a physical demand
that one cannot unhand
so enslaved instead
to roaming from bed to bed
with a starving heart, unfed
by the love it needs
to be whole
to feel full
rather than empty inside,
so please,
do not hide
but toss that loneliness aside
and swim in a new tide
there's not need to abide
by a lack of love
if you search you will find
the cure to your sore
if you strive for more
than passing out on the floor
if you believe you are deeper
than the cheaper
of the wine,
you are not fine
nor will that next line
make you feel better,
so breakout of the fetter
and be free unhindered by an induced reality
so you can see
the Divine Beauty that permeates
the Divine Love that radiates
out from you
if you will just allow yourself to be true
to who you really are,
a divine star.
